About the site
This site was set up to allow all former students of
Caistor Grammar School to share e-mail addresses and to keep in touch. Add your e-mail address and contact details to the site and pass on the web address
to your friends, to help make this site
the most comprehensive resource for former Caistor Grammar students on the Internet.
This site was founded in April 2000 and was incrementally expanded with new
features over the months. The first working Chat Room was on-line in June 2000,
with the first multi-level Message Forum working in September 2000. In July
2001 work began on a complete site replacement. This represents the re-written
and re-designed site, the former had become too difficult to maintain and was
insufficiently well programmed to add more features and site areas.
The Calendar and Poll scripts were based on software originally programmed by Simon West.
This document will be extended and completed when time allows.
